How to Track Your Order

 

1. Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when tracking is available.

2. Enter Your Tracking Number

If you already have a tracking number, enter it above and select the appropriate carrier.

3. Allow Time for Tracking Updates

After your order is marked as shipped, please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to scan the package and begin displaying tracking updates.

4. Check Again if There Are No Updates

Sometimes tracking information takes a little time to appear, especially shortly after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Tracking Information Not Updating?

Don't worry if your tracking information doesn't appear immediately. Carrier scans and tracking updates can sometimes take 24–72 hours after shipment confirmation.

If your tracking information still hasn't updated after this period, please contact Petlly Shop Support and provide your order number and tracking number so we can help.
